Rowing at LMU isn’t just a sport – it’s a legacy. For decades, it’s shaped students into leaders, teammates, and lifelong friends. When our Division I status was unexpectedly taken away, it could’ve been the end of that legacy. But we chose a different path.

 

We rebuilt from the ground up – student-led, passion-driven, and powered by grit. From early mornings on the water to late nights organizing logistics, our new and former rowers have stepped up in every way imaginable to keep this program alive. We’ve welcomed new novices, reimagined our team culture, and kept racing with pride and purpose.

 

But we can’t do it alone.
